OLD BAY® Seasoning brings unmistakable flavor to this easy grilled pulled chicken. Shredded chicken is coated in a kicked-up tomato sauce starring GEORGES® OLD BAY® Bloody Mary Mix and served on rolls or over rice.

 

Ingredients

1 cup GEORGE'S® OLD BAY® Bloody Mary Mix

1/4 cup ketchup

2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs

1 tablespoon oil

1 tablespoon OLD BAY® Seasoning

 

Directions

Mix Bloody Mary Mix and ketchup in small saucepan. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 3 to 4 minutes. Set aside. Brush chicken with oil. Sprinkle both sides evenly with OLD BAY.

Grill chicken over medium heat 6 minutes per side or until cooked through. Remove chicken from grill.

Shred chicken in large bowl using 2 forks. Add sauce; toss to coat well. Serve pulled chicken on rolls or over rice, if desired.
