Salmon with Herb Sauce

You will get rave reviews when you serve this savory salmon recipe to company. (Think casual dinner party of four.) The flavor-rich sauce coats the salmon fillets in an herb-infused, velvety layer of delicious.



1 pound salmon fillets

1/4 cup dry bread crumbs

1 tablespoon Old Bay Rub

1 tablespoon butter melted

Herb Sauce:

1/3 cup heavy cream

1/3 cup sour cream

2 teaspoons lemon juice

1 teaspoon McCormick®Basil Leaves

1 teaspoon Old Bay Rub

1/4 teaspoon salt



Preheat oven to 425┬░F. Place salmon skin-side down on baking sheet sprayed with no-stick cooking spray.

Mix bread crumbs OLD BAY Rub and butter in small bowl. Coat salmon with bread crumb mixture.

Bake 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

For the Sauce mix heavy cream sour cream lemon juice basil OLD BAY Rub and salt in medium bowl until well blended. Serve with salmon. Savor.
