Spicy Shrimp Kabobs

OLD BAY® Cocktail Sauce

A familiar party staple starring classic OLD BAY taste.

Another creative way to serve up spicy shrimp at a party: on short wooden skewers! Super-charged with rich flavor, these tasty kabobs can also be served over rice as a yummy entrée. No leftovers, we promise.

 

Ingredients

1/2 cup McCormick® Extra Hot Cocktail Sauce for Seafood or OLD BAY® Cocktail Sauce

2 tablespoons honey

2 tablespoons lime juice

1 tablespoon OLD BAY® with Lemon & Herb Seasoning or 1 tablespoon OLD BAY® with Garlic & Herb Seasoning

1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined, tails on

8 skewers

rice (optional)

 

Directions

Mix cocktail sauce, honey, lime juice and OLD BAY until blended. Set aside 1/2 of the sauce for dipping.

Thread shrimp onto 8 skewers. Brush with remaining sauce.

Broil or grill over medium heat 4 to 5 minutes per side or until shrimp turn pink.

Serve with reserved sauce. Dip, taste, Mmm.

 

Tips

TEST KITCHEN TIP
Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
