OLD BAY® takes this traditional shrimp scampi to new heights without over-doing the salt. Everybody wins.
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 teaspoons McCormick® Parsley Flakes
1 teaspoon OLD BAY® 30% Less Sodium Seasoning
cooked pasta or rice (optional)
In a large skillet, heat oil and butter on medium-high. Add garlic. Cook and stir 30 seconds or until fragrant. (Do not brown.)
Add shrimp, parsley and OLD BAY. Cook while stirring 3 to 4 minutes or until shrimp turn pink.
Serve over cooked pasta or rice.
