A fun and fashionable cocktail to serve before a delicious seafood meal, this peppery martini is très chic in an OLD BAY®-rimmed glass garnished avec olive and a cooked shrimp. Cheers!
1/2 teaspoon OLD BAY® Seasoning
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1 1/2 ounces pepper-flavored vodka
1 ounces vodka
Mix OLD BAY and kosher salt in saucer. Wet outside rim of martini glass with water. Dip outside rim of glass in OLD BAY mixture to coat.
Fill cocktail shaker two-thirds full with ice. Add vodkas and hot pepper sauce. Shake until well mixed and chilled. Strain into martini glass. For panache, garnish with a jalapeno-stuffed olive and a cooked shrimp threaded onto a toothpick.
