A fun and fashionable cocktail to serve before a delicious seafood meal, these citrusy martinis are très chic in OLD BAY-rimmed martini glasses garnished with olives and cooked shrimp. Cheers!
1 tablespoon Old Bay® Seasoning
1 lemon wedge or water
6 ounces citrus-flavored vodka
1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce (about 12 drops)
Place OLD BAY on small plate. Wet outside rims of martini glasses with lemon wedge or water. Dip glasses into OLD BAY to coat.
Fill cocktail shaker two-thirds full with ice. Add vodka and hot pepper sauce; shake until well mixed and chilled. Strain into martini glasses.
Garnish martini glasses with 2 jalapeño-stuffed olives and a cooked shrimp threaded onto a toothpick.
