Ingredients
1 pound salmon fillets
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
1 tablespoon OLD BAY® Rub
1 tablespoon butter, melted
Herb Sauce:
1/3 cup heavy cream
1/3 cup sour cream
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon McCormick® Basil Leaves
1 teaspoon OLD BAY® Rub
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 425°F. Place salmon, skin-side down, on baking sheet sprayed with no-stick cooking spray.
Mix bread crumbs, OLD BAY Rub and butter in small bowl. Coat salmon with bread crumb mixture.
Bake 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
For the Sauce, mix heavy cream, sour cream, lemon juice, basil, OLD BAY Rub and salt in medium bowl until well blended. Serve with salmon. Savor.
