1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
1 teaspoon McCormick®Thyme Leaves
1/4 teaspoon McCormick®Ground Red Pepper
1/4 teaspoon McCormick®Oregano Leaves
1/4 teaspoon McCormick®Paprika
1 pound tuna steaks
Mix OLD BAY thyme red pepper oregano and paprika. Rub over both sides of tuna steaks.
Broil or grill over medium heat 5 to 6 minutes per side or until desired doneness. (Tuna is more moist when its center is still rosy-pink after cooking.)
