Salmon cakes are quick and easy to make with OLD BAY® Salmon Classic Cake Mix. Pre-measured ingredients allow you to create savory and succulent salmon cakes in minutes - with OLD BAY for extra kick!
1 can (14 3/4 ounces) salmon or 1 pound salmon fillets, cooked
1 package OLD BAY® Salmon Classic® Cake Mix
1/2 cup mayonnaise
OLD BAY® TARTAR SAUCE
Drain can of salmon or use cooked salmon. Remove skin and bones. Flake salmon.
In a large bowl, mix Classic Mix and mayonnaise. Add salmon and toss gently until coated. Shape into 5 patties.
Broil or fry 5 minutes per side or until golden brown, turning once. Serve with tartar sauce.
