Beat 1 egg with 2 tablespoons water in a shallow dish. Dip shrimp, fish fillets, oysters, chicken or veggies in egg mixture, then coat with breading mix. Pan fry or bake as directed below:
Pan Fry (375° F):
1 pound shrimp 2-3 minutes per side
1 pound fish fillets 3-5 minutes per side
1 pint oysters 1-2 minutes per side
1 pound boneless chicken breast 7-9 minutes per side
1 pound vegetable bites
Bake (400° F):
1 pound shrimp 10 minutes
1 pound fish fillets 10-15 minutes
1 pint oysters 8-10 minutes
1 pound boneless chicken breast 10-15 minutes per side
